I’ve come across this image a little while ago, but I just didn’t have too much of a time to post this until now.
As the images I am attaching to this post shows, the whole point of this game is to have a protagonist successfully cheat on his significant other. Of course I haven’t played this game just because of the huge disgust that I felt when I came across this… and I really don’t plan to either.
I am just imagining how easily available this game is through the app centre on Iphones and Ipods, and I imagine a wide array of audiences/people just somehow ending up on this app.
Is this really the message that I really want to see? To say that it is perfectly acceptable for people to betray trust of one another? To blatantly accept the social norm that for men it is somehow completely acceptable to fool around with multiple others?
It is more than slightly scary and disheartening to see this floating around somewhere…
